A note about on-line shopping:
Gift Certificates are available online in any dollar amount.  Please note that Gift Certificates purchased through ROSY, are applicable towards any product or service in our Ferndale location.  
Packages are applicable only towards the services listed within the package. They are not transferable and do have an expiration date. Please take note.  
Online product shop coming in the fall of 2017!  Stay tuned!


Gift Certificates at ROUGE:
Gift Certificates work as cash, and may be used for any service or product equal or lesser to the amount of the purchased Gift Certificate. If the booked service or product is of a higher price point than the amount purchased, the remaining amount must be paid for at the time of the service or purchase.  No cash or credit refunds will be granted for any purchased or GWP ROUGE Gift Certificates.   Gift Certificates expire 5 years after purchase date.  Please note that "Gift with Purchase" or GWP Gift Certificates do have an expiration date and that expiration date will be strictly adhered to. These GWP Gift Certificates have no cash value, and change will not be given.  



YOU CAN CERTAINLY RETURN PRODUCT, EVEN IF YOU HAVE USED IT.  IF SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING FOR YOU, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU.  WE WILL NOT OFFER A RETURN ON PRODUCT THAT IS MORE THAN HALF GONE, OR MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Rouge Makeup & Nail Studio cancellation policy & online booking:
A valid credit card number is required to book online**.


Cancellations:
​Cancellation of appointments online is permitted 48 hours in advance.  If it's less than 48 hours, you must CALL to cancel: 248-439-6012.
We do require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee, at our discretion.

Lateness:
Because all of our services are by appointment, lateness may result in a modified appointment or rescheduling, depending on your time of arrival.  If you are so late that we need to reschedule, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.  If we must modify your appointment, you will be charged for your originally booked appointment.

Changes to your appointment:
All requested changes to your appointment must be made 24 hours in advance. If you need to downgrade your appointment day-of, you will be charged for your originally booked appointment. Upgrades to booked appointments will be accommodated only if schedule allows.

No call-no show policy:

If you do not cancel your appointment and simply do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost, 100% of your appointment fee automatically.
